Health statements are linked to relevant authoritative sources. Worksheets and conversation examples are illustrations, not accounts of real users or clinically tested interventions. We do not claim that QuitStride guarantees quitting or recovery.
AI assistance and review
AI tools assist with research, drafting and website implementation. Source checking by an AI assistant is not medical review. A named human or medical reviewer is listed only when that review has actually occurred. New editorial drafts stay outside the public site until approved.
What we do not publish automatically
Diagnosis, medication selection or dosing, pregnancy advice and serious-symptom guidance require qualified review. We do not turn search variations into repetitive pages or invent credentials, testimonials, testing or rankings.
Dates and corrections
Draft dates describe preparation, not publication. Published and updated dates reflect real releases and substantive changes. Source access dates are recorded separately. For a correction to a published resource, use the available contact route on our support page. Public support contact details are still being finalized.
Tools and privacy
The cigarette-cost calculator runs locally. It sends no entered quantities or results to our backend, analytics or third-party AI. No email is required. The website currently has no visitor event-analytics integration. Ordinary hosting request logs may record page requests; tool inputs are not added to requests or URLs.
