These draft terms describe intended use of QUITSTRIDE’s public website and pre-release app. They are not a final release agreement. The legal operator, applicable jurisdiction, age eligibility and final subscription terms require confirmation before public app launch.

What QUITSTRIDE offers

QUITSTRIDE provides tools for smoking and craving awareness, guided movement, beginner training, personal progress and trusted support. Features may differ by version and region. A 5K plan is a goal, not a guarantee that you will quit smoking, finish within a particular time or achieve a health outcome.

Health and safety

The service is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment or emergency service. Coach replies and recovery information are general guidance and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Read the medical disclaimer. Make exercise and smoking-cessation decisions with an appropriately qualified professional where needed.

Your account and your content

Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Only upload information and photos you have the right to use. You retain your rights in your content; the service needs permission to process it to provide the features you choose. Do not harass other people, upload unlawful content, misuse Buddy requests, or attempt to access another person’s account or private information.

Availability and previews

The website shows illustrative app screens and sample data. Pre-release screens are not a promise that every feature is available in your build. We may change or interrupt features for maintenance, security or product development. Do not depend on the service for urgent support.

Free and paid features

SOS craving support remains free. The 12-week program has an expected introductory US base price of $29.99. This is a launch plan, not a current offer to buy. Final prices and plan details will be confirmed before purchase is offered. Any future purchase must show its price, duration, renewal conditions and cancellation method before you agree. Store purchases are also subject to the relevant store’s terms. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple or Google subscriptions.

Privacy and ending use

See the Privacy Policy for data handling and controls. You can stop using the service and delete your account. Keep any export you want before deletion.

Responsibility and changes

We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free AI responses or specific outcomes. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Material release terms and policy changes will be dated and made available before they apply.
